Highly Recommended

We were extremely pleased with how Chloe and the team were able to produce and conclude a recent share sale agreement on our behalf. Chloe and the team worked to a very tight deadline at short notice and delivered. Chloe worked very well with other professionals such as our accountants to bring to a conclusion. We look forward to working with Chloe again in the future.

Excellent experience with Rogers & Norton

We engaged Claire Watson from Rogers & Norton to help with the sale of our house. She and her assistant Angie Webster were highly professional, prompt, and informative. We had many questions and they answered them all clearly, helping us make our way through an unfamiliar process. Many thanks!

Jack has been so helpful through the sale of our business, nothing too much trouble and always kept us informed. Also a big thank you to Molly who also was very helpful. We are very grateful for all the information we received along the way and would highly recommend this company.

defamation case

I contact these solicitors to deal with a defamation case which was in connection with a facebook comment, I was told it would cost me somewhere between £600 to £750 to send a pre-protocol action letter to the 3rd party to respond within 2 weeks to withdrawn their comments from facebook and pay my solicitors fees which were £900 at this point. and was told if they didn't pay then I could possible take further action but WAS NOT told what those fees could end up being. it was only after the 2 weeks were up and the 3rd party had not responded that I was told that the costs could mount up to £25,000 which obviously these solicitors knew but they did not enlighten me until it was too late and I had lost £900 which I might as well threw in the bin and is now being handled by the Legal Ombudsman I will never use a solicitor ever again all they want is your money.

Absolutely awful experience with Rogers & Norton. 1 star is generous.

I was recommended Rogers & Norton, specifically Liz Coleman, by a friend as they had an exceptional experience with them.

Initially it was good, a lot of contact as I first started using them. Paperwork was sent out quickly. I had 2 weeks not hearing from them so emailed to request an update. I then had a call back, on the same day, telling me that they cannot work with my mortgage lender, AFTER taking a £400 payment from me for the checks. Why that took 2 weeks to work out is beyond me. So now I am back to square 1 and have to wait for them to issue a refund. As if buying a house (as a first time buyer, on my own) isn't stressful enough.

I purchased a property before through Rogers and Norton. Claire was my contact and she was excellent. So when deciding to move house we didn't hesitate to contact her. Once again she has given an outstanding service throughout our work with them. Fantastic and timely communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and quality service.

Thank you Claire for making the whole process run smoothly.

Appears that James from Roger and Norton has disappeared.
My purchase is ready and no correspondence from these guys for 3 weeks. Even though they have all the required sale information

Wouldn’t use any other firm for conveyancing. We have used Roger’s and Norton a few times now over a 20 year period and have always came in better in price and service is always impeccable, have even helped with queries after move too, reducing my stress levels 😊. Michelle Walter’s handled our most recent move, and she was nothing less than brilliant.
