Excellent service, highly recommended

Claire Watson did my conveyance and was a pleasure to deal with. Kept me informed all the way through, was quick and efficient, answered all my correspondence promptly and I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend R&N. Many thanks.

Excellent service!

Claire Watson and Angie Webster provided a recent excellent service for my house sale and purchase. They were easy to communicate with, clear with advice and made the whole situation as stress free as it could be. Good value for money also. Would highly recommend.

Totally professional

Absolutely first class service! This is my ninth property moving into and has been the smoothest.
Claire always responded to my calls/emails etc - which is a first with previous solicitors I’ve dealt with!
I actually as my sale/buy was proceeding recommended the company and she has since engaged them and says the same - ie fantastic service, professionalism and MORE importantly, respond quickly!

First class service

The sale of our house proved to be more complex than we anticipated because of the non cooperation of the Management Company and its solicitors. Claire worked diligently to overcome the issues and communicated well with us throughout. She was always responsive to questions and ready to discuss possible solutions. It was only through Claire's persistence that we completed the sale.

Conveyancing and land Registry.

Hi, We initially had a bad experience with a previous conveyancing solicitor, the advice was not based on facts from the land registry. This would make the sale of my late father's estate very difficult and result in the loss of the house sale.
After a constructive initial telephone conversation with Susan Rowe at R&N, we were given Michele Walthers's contact details. As a family, we contacted Michele and progressed with the house sale at a rapid pace.
This, in turn, calmed the buyer's nerves (and ours), leading to the timely sale of the house and the asserted costs of keeping an empty house ready for sale.
The quote we received from R&N was very competitive. The only reason we did not go with R&N first was a referral from our estate agent, and the price was slightly lower.

Review of Claire Watson at Rogers and Norton (conveyancing)

First time using Rogers and Norton (R&N) solicitors. My conveyancing was done by Claire Watson and I can recommend her, would use her again. Claire was professional and friendly, which was just what we needed as we were dealing with a probate sale. Happy with the service and the fee we paid.

Incredibly unprofessional and do not get back to people. JAMES HUNT is to be avoided. On stamp duty deadline he resulted in my chain to collapse. The other solicitors cannot believe what they witnessed.

I used Rogers & Norton partly as they have a city centre office which makes it easy to drop in any urgent documents. Apart from that I found Claire was superbly calm and professional throughout a lengthy house purchase that involved unexpected twists and turns as well as negotiating from the other side of the globe at times. Definitely a 5 star service.

I purchased a property before through Rogers and Norton. Claire was my contact and she was excellent. So when deciding to move house we didn't hesitate to contact her. Once again she has given an outstanding service throughout our work with them. Fantastic and timely communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and quality service.

Thank you Claire for making the whole process run smoothly.
