House Purchase

The experience of the support, guidance and advice was outstanding. Steven explained everything in simple terms whilst listening and considering our views. The final course of action included our suggestions and Steven worked hard to progress our transaction as quickly as possible. Steven and Catherine kept us updated by calling and explaining details of what was happening, timeframes and what was expected of us. I feel our needs were addressed satisfactorily.

We were recommended R&N by a colleague, after realising that our usual solicitor was not on our lenders panel.

Our property purchase was handled by Steven and Catherine, both were approachable, responsive, and very efficient throughout the purchase. Steven’s legal advice on a lease issue was accurate and dealt with very speedily. We were extremely happy with their service and grateful for all their help.

We would use Steven and Catherine again without hesitation and will be recommending their services to our friends and family.

I recently used Rogers and Norton to deal with a sale of property for my late mother in law's Estate, and separately for a purchase of a property for my Brother-in-law. Both transactions were handled professionally and we were kept informed of progress throughout the process. Both Steven, and his secretary Catherine were very approachable and we were very happy with the service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely use their services again myself, if the need arises.

We used Steve for our house sale & purchase. Steve and his secretary Catherine were brilliant and very helpful. We were very lucky to have Rogers and Norton deal with our transaction. Steve provided great advice throughout the process and supported us to complete in a very short space of time. If we had used an alternative conveyance we would have not completed this transaction. I strongly recommend Steve and the team. Land
