I ended up hiring Howell´s because the previous solicitors I hired when selling my property did not the job at all.
The office worked in my transaction was the one located in Newport, South Wales. They literally reached the same point I was stucked with the previous one for 4 months in less than 2 weeks. Communication with them was outstanding and they were really helpful and supportive when I rose questions. We finally could exchange the contracts in less than 3 months since I hired them.
