Our recent house sale was held up as our buyer used this solicitor and they were incredibly slow at responding to any queries. They seem only to use paper based communication and won't reply to e-mails or phone messages. They were rude when I went in to drop off some paperwork they had asked for and the admin employee openly tutted at me when I asked for a receipt. The office looked dirty - piles of paperwork everywhere and the customer waiting area was very dusty. Would definitely avoid if I need a solicitor in the future.
