Mark responded quickly to my initial query and was kind, informative and approachable. I was happy to instruct Mark to act in the matter of my lease extension. At our initial meeting, Mark arrived punctually and clearly explained the process and next steps; questions were invited, which I appreciated. Great service and a fantastic result.
I had been charged on multiple counts by the police. This has now resulted in a not guilty verdict on all counts. I find the legal system and dealing with the police to be extremely slow and most unhelpful but Adam Shaw of TV Edwards Solicitors kept me updated and explained it all to me so I was able to understand what was happening and what to expect. He was able to adjust scheduling for me so I could live other aspects of my life with the least possible detrimental effects on it. As in taking planned trips and being out of country. Highly recommend!

Although only TV Edwards attended the voluntary police interview with me, the solicitor present was highly professional, knowledgeable about the procedures, and provided clear, well-structured guidance for the interview. This preparation helped me feel more confident and ready for the questions ahead. After the interview, the solicitor thoroughly explained my next steps and reassured me of their ongoing support throughout .

Very poor communication not I have not been informed about bail extension.
Ask them to change my home address on police station they never did that also stopped replying to my emails when I was phone they the guy calling Richard Sean never was available after couple of phone calls to them they informed me that Richard is not feeling well ..

We chose TV Edwards to be our solicitors after a recommendation from a friend and I am SO glad we did. As first-time buyers with no idea what to expect (and heads filled with the sorts of horror stories you see online) we got patient but incredible guidance and representation from Luke Corby-Owen who got us through our flat purchase. He was both thorough but spectacularly responsive and throughout we felt we were in really safe hands. Both Luke and Vicky Cox were amazing throughout and I'd highly recommend them.
