From the outset, when I received the "Client Care Letter" along with the letter outlining anticipated fees, I felt that I was in secure hands and throughout the whole process, my solicitor, RW, held steadfast to the commitments and promises contained within these documents. Communication was always timely and clear. And presented, consistently with a good measure of courtesy and care.

You make a lot of decisions when selling and buying a property but choosing Roo Withana as our solicitor was the best decision we made. Roo was clear, professional and highly responsive. Her efficiency resulted in us exchanging ahead of schedule, despite being in a 5 transaction chain. Despite this, she remained thorough in her approach, reassuring us that all legal matters were resolved appropriately. We are very grateful for her approach and for simplifying a complex process. We chose TV Edwards to be our solicitors after a recommendation from a friend and I am SO glad we did. As first-time buyers with no idea what to expect (and heads filled with the sorts of horror stories you see online) we got patient but incredible guidance and representation from Luke Corby-Owen who got us through our flat purchase. He was both thorough but spectacularly responsive and throughout we felt we were in really safe hands. Both Luke and Vicky Cox were amazing throughout and I'd highly recommend them.
