Pernilla qualified as a solicitor in September 2022, having joined TV Edwards LLP in 2018 as a paralegal. Pernilla works as part of the Children team of the Family department and has gained experience in a broad range of cases concerning children in both public and private law proceedings. Pernilla has experience of advising parents in in respect of social services involvement with their family. Pernilla attends pre proceedings meetings when children’s services are involved with a family prior to court proceedings being issued. Pernilla also advises on private children matters including applications for child arrangements, prohibited steps and specific issue orders. Pernilla has a particular interest in cases involving domestic abuse and has experience of applying for non-molestation orders and occupation orders to protect vulnerable clients. Pernilla advises both applicants and respondents in domestic abuse cases.
