Excellent Service
I was extremely worried that my child will be taken out of the country without my consent by my ex-partner. I contacted TV Edwards Solicitors seeking help and legal advice. I was worried, nervous and lost. Anesha Pavaday contacted me within a short time and listened to my concerns. she acted with an extreme sense of urgency and did not leave a stone unturned. Anesha was guiding me even in out of office hours making sure all the relevant bodies are contacted while she was doing the prohibited order/Port alert work from her side, which it was granted by the court within 48hrs. all of this was done without asking me for an upfront payment. she put my child safety first before anything. Anesha even advised me of my rights to have safe access to my child by making an application for arrangements. Anesha is a credit to your organisation and to our community. I and family will always use TV Edwards solicitors and I will highly recommend Anesha. Thank you very much. I am ever so grateful.

I was given documents without knowing what was going on, i was panicking, pressured and very upset. Aneesha took my case and she has been smashing it. Aneesha strategy and the passion she shows in helping her clients is what sets her apart from the others. She has helped me a lot in a short space of time, and at a time i felt so helpless she gave me the hope to keep fighting and it will work out in the end. Very professional and will never not answer or pick up the phone when you call. I would send urgent emails out of hours and would still get a response. Anyone going through a family law matter I would 100% recommend Aneesha as she will show you compassion and help you understand the situation better before setting out a very detailed plan of action to get things sorted. Very professional, caring and helpful solicitor. I thank you for all you help so far!!

Excellent advice
I needed help in terms of child contact with an ex partner whom I have a non molestation order on but he keeps breaching. I have tried to facilitate contact through a third party but unfortunately, that has made things worse. Anesha came highly recommended by a colleague and she was absolutely brilliant clear cut on my options and what steps could potentially come next. Anesha has put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly. I can't thank her enough for her help.

Child Arrangement
I’m extremely happy with Anesha’s work so far on a child arrangement order that she’s currently representing me for in court. She is extremely professional, very easy to speak to and gives great reassurance which I have needed a lot over the last few months. I would highly recommend her.

Anesha Pavaday
Anesha has managed a fairly complicated family matter, covering a wide range of disputes from non-molestational to child arrangement order. Her advice has been at all times well measured and prompt. Anesha is extremely friendly and able to put you immediately at ease, that is what you would look for when you are going through a very difficult period. Very reasonable on pricing too. I never felt the need to ask for a detailed cost breakdown as it was very clear that a lot of work was being done in the hours billed.
