From my first contact with Mark, the advice provided was clear, professional and friendly. I had to pause the process a couple of times due to the covid pandemic, some personal trips and other circumstances. Mark kept touching base with me and when the time arrived for me to go ahead, Mark resumed the process and completed an excellent overall service.
