Emma is an amazing and dedicated Solicitor that I have ever met , she is very efficient and supporting. She gave me professional advice and knowledgeable guidance ,she was very understanding to my concerns and kept me updating as soon as any changes were made and issues were dealt promptly. Emma's Exceptional Support Through One of the Toughest UK Visa Journey
I cannot thank Emma Cohen enough for her unwavering support, dedication, and expertise throughout the nearly three-year journey to secure an Elderly Dependent Visa for my mother — one of the most complex and challenging visa routes in the UK immigration system.
In fact, this has been a 12-year journey for me overall. I had tried many different avenues without success until I met Emma almost three years ago. If I had found her 12 years ago, I truly believe this outcome could have come so much sooner.
From the very beginning, Emma guided me with clarity, patience, and professionalism. No matter how complicated things became, she was always there — providing reassurance, expert advice, and a genuine sense of care for both me and my mother’s case. Her attention to detail and persistence gave me hope even when things felt uncertain.
Thanks to her incredible work, my mother was finally granted her visa in 2024. Sadly, due to health issues, she wasn’t able to travel at the time. I contacted Emma to help myself and my husband apply for his partner visa so he could come and join me in England.
She was very informative and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. Emma always got back to me straight away when I had any questions about the application and process. Emma told us everything we needed to provide in the form of documents and evidence for the application, and completed the application with the portfolio of evidence. My husband was granted his Visa within 4 weeks of having his appointment overseas and we are very happy to start our life together in England, thanks to Emma and OTB Legal.
I would very highly recommend this firm and Emma. We will be using them again to extend the visa apply for permanent settlement.
