Apologies, as I ought to have done this a lot earlier than now, but I've been busy.
I cannot overemphasize the way my case was handled with so much care, understanding and professionalism at the same time. One quality I admired in Atty and Bridget throughout the process was the empathy they displayed as they walked me through every step. Even when I hesitated and took a while to get back to Atty on some decisions, she had a calm way of reminding me. Though my situation was a bit complicated and stressful, I must say the process of working with Atty and Bridget was very smooth with no added stress.
In summary, they made the process easy for me. Thank you guys so much again!

Would Recommend to Family and Friends
I worked with Atty, who was very professional and helpful with the whole application process. Any questions and problems I had, she answered and reassured me with evidence to back it up. Scheduling an appointment to talk about my application was easy with her, and she made me feel comfortable enough to open up about personal struggles and thoughts. The cover letter she wrote for me was solid and was well written. I would definitely recommend her as a personal immigration lawyer.

My second time with OTB Legal and a great experience again!
The first time I've reached them was for our ILR in 2023. Based on our excellent experience, I knew I was going to reach them again for the citizenship application. This time, we had to chance to know and work with Atty, who was brilliant from day one. Excellent Service
I had an initial chat with Atty and Bridget last week and they were very amazing. I thought I was going to struggle given the complexity of my situation and my lack of knowledge for ‘legal terms’. But they were able to articulate every information in a way that I could understand. They also went beyond and providing some help beyond their services required.

Immigration enquiries and advice
We had a tremendous experience with Bridget and Atty. We were referred to Atty by Bridget and we benefitted tremendously from the free advice given by Atty in a conducive setting . The patience taken to explain in details abd allay our fears abd anxieties was excellent .
