Excellence via Balanced Advice

Speaking with a customer recently, they shared the pain they experience navigating their internal counsel and all of the pitfalls that can associated with a problematic or non-collaborative legal adviser. After working with Iain for many years, I am delighted to say that experiences like this are but tiny specs in the rear view mirror of the past. Iain has always managed that wonderful balance of advice that protects your own interests, whilst helping formulate strategies that allow you to actually go back to the other party with solutions so that a final contract can be agreed without the need for a muskets at dawn resolution.

I did use joe walker regarding a dispute of end of lease of our ex shop in Golders Green .
Joe was very professional and determined to help me get the statuary of demand against me removed and he did at the end from at total of £28,000 paid the other party including legal fees £5500
