Kathryn joined Nicholas & Co in January 2024 and is a solicitor working on commercial, company and litigation matters. Having worked as a paralegal at a niche insolvency firm and then training at a regional law firm, Kathryn qualified in 2015 and, after a career break pursuing disability advocacy in Australia, has returned to practice. Kathryn supports the commercial and company team in matters ranging from terms of business, regulatory law, intellectual property, charity, data protection, contracts, branding and other company matters. In litigation, Kathryn supports the team in matters of property, commercial and company litigation and debt recovery. Outside of work Kathryn enjoys travelling, having spent a couple of years backpacking and exploring other cultures, spending time with her son and dog and re-exploring the Cotswolds.
