Brilliant and efficient residential conveyancing
We have just used Demetris Demetriou at Nicholas & Co for our third house sale/purchase in c.10 years and we would not go anywhere else. Demetris is a rare breed of conveyancing solicitor. He is incredibly responsive, proactive and efficient. He also has first rate communication skills and is extremely pleasant to deal with. He applies his excellent legal skills with a healthy dose of pragmatism and we have also found him to be solutions focused.
Other professionals involved in our recent sale and purchase were also extremely complimentary of Demetris and have since gone on to recommend him to other clients.
Whilst Nicholas & Co might not be the cheapest of firms, I believe that they represent excellent value compared to other firms we have used in the past. We find it well worth paying a little more to take the stress out of the legal side of moving house and to keep things moving efficiently.
I am a demanding client and not easily pleased, but I would have no hesitation based on my personal experience in recommending Demetris.
