Probate /conveyancing
I found Costas and his colleagues to be highly professional, approachable, and most importantly for me very easy to communicate with. Their handling of various briefs over the years including complicated probates and conveyancing means I would not hesitate to recommend him and his firm as a whole.

Excellent Service on a number of connected Acquisions & Refinances
Costas acted on my behalf on the purchase two multi-tenanted Storage / Industrial Estates, whilst refinancing a residential and commercial portfolio all as a part of a linked transaction. Genuinely, this was a complicated, time sensitive series of transactions which Costas dealt with ion a professional, organised and courteous manner. Highly recommend and I will definitely work with him again on future transactions.

First class service!!
If you are looking for a solicitor to buy or sell residential or commercial, Costas is the best you can find. He’s always there for you. He’s very easy to communicate. Never missed a phone call always available to talk to you.

Aborted sale

Thorough and persistent

House Purchase
