I believe you should take a look at the price you give as a quote and explain clearly what exactly is included in that price. I was very disappointed with the explanation at the beginning of the whole process, as I believed a lot more was included in the price than what was offered. It certainly wasn't a language barrier but it was related to the time taken to explain things clearly.

A very straightforward process to get wills written
I contacted yourselves initially to get a document Sworn on Oath and you did that on short notice and for a surprisingly small fee. So I went back to you for my next legal requirement and will continue to do so in the future, on the basis of the quality and speed of service I received from you on both of these occasions.
