I had an accident at work in December 2022 and when I sought out legal advice, Graham at Moons was the clear choice. I had discussed my accident with other firms but after speaking with Graham it was clear he knew what he was doing and I trusted his judgement. I had a very good experience with Tamon over the 2.5 year period my injury claim went on for. My situation was a unique one, however Tamon was incredibly helpful, professional and patient with me at times throughout my case. Initially, the defendants refused liability but we were able to win and walk away with a great outcome.

Explained things all the time as required and took us through the case much quicker than our previous solicitor Moons solicitor knew which specialist doctors were needed and although took our case on at the beginning of the lock down still managed to get us appointments and get the case moving It was a good decision taking our case to Moons solicitors although our case has been very long and exhausting it has been well worth the wait in the end and I would highly recommend Moons solicitors

My first interview was a very positive experience where I had time to explain my incident and the subsequent injury. This interview was key to me understanding whether my grievance was a valid and that there was a case to answer.
I had tried to negotiate with the company myself but had reached a impasse where they simply were not replying to me in a satisfactory manner.
Time was taken to explain honestly and frankly what my expectations should be regarding timescales and the likelihood of success.
The difference between funding options was explained and the effect on the percentage of the final settlement I would receive was made clear. This was also reiterated in detail to me at the very start but also at every occasion where I incurred costs.
Throughout the process when correspondence received, my response was asked for but also I was advised of the best course of action. This advice was extremely helpful and this guidance proved correct and definitely enabled a successful resolution.
I truly hope I do not have to go through this process again but Moons made the long process as painless as possible and I would recommend Tamon Pearman and Moons Solicitors without reservation.

My daughter was involved in a car accident, when a van came round a corner on the wrong side of the road causing a head-on collision and writing off her car.
For almost five years my daughter has been under the guidance and professional assistance of Richard Moon of Moons Solicitors.
This was anything but a straight forward case of own up and pay up. My daughter was bedridden for over three months and unfortunately was also diagnosed with the highest level of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This produced a character change most startling to her family and friends, which over the five years resulted in many hours of doctors, hospitals and psychiatrists.
During all this time Richard Moon proved not only to have the highest level of legal intellect but in addition a total awareness and professional skill in dealing with her PTSD condition.
His handling of the case and most importantly, his handling and care of my daughter through her mental condition was of the highest order, his attention to the smallest detail, meticulous.
His knowledge, both legal and medical, of her fragile mental state was first class. His empathetic concern and care and attention, when with my daughter - often for several hours at a time - proved to be a calming and reassuring balm to her mental dilemma.
For all of those five years, during the many many visits to his offices, he never once needed to refer to notes, records nor legal reference, his memory and attention to every little detail was quite outstanding and always very reassuring.
Making appointments or taking phone calls was no problem to him and often he would fit an appointment in at the shortest of notice.
I can honestly say that the entire and very lengthy process could not have been better attended to.
I would, without hesitation, on behalf of my daughter and I, highly recommend Richard Moon and thank him whole heartedly for a successful outcome to the entire proceedings.
