High quality experience. Happy with the outcome.
I had a very good experience with Tamon over the 2.5 year period my injury claim went on for. My situation was a unique one, however Tamon was incredibly helpful, professional and patient with me at times throughout my case. Initially, the defendants refused liability but we were able to win and walk away with a great outcome.

Personal Injury Motor Claim
The first day of speaking with the solicitor about my problem was very stressful and nerve racking but after weeks of talking with the solicitor I gained more confidence in myself. The process was a struggle, with my ongoing injury, but through their professional communication, guiding, instructing and advocating, we achieved a desired outcome. I am so grateful. Very well managed case
My first interview was a very positive experience where I had time to explain my incident and the subsequent injury. This interview was key to me understanding whether my grievance was a valid and that there was a case to answer.
I had tried to negotiate with the company myself but had reached a impasse where they simply were not replying to me in a satisfactory manner.
Time was taken to explain honestly and frankly what my expectations should be regarding timescales and the likelihood of success.
The difference between funding options was explained and the effect on the percentage of the final settlement I would receive was made clear. This was also reiterated in detail to me at the very start but also at every occasion where I incurred costs.
Throughout the process when correspondence received, my response was asked for but also I was advised of the best course of action. This advice was extremely helpful and this guidance proved correct and definitely enabled a successful resolution.
I truly hope I do not have to go through this process again but Moons made the long process as painless as possible and I would recommend Tamon Pearman and Moons Solicitors without reservation.

Accident payment review
Quite a large gap between hearing from them for a part of the process, would have been nice to have an email even just to say they were waiting for things out of their hand but overall still very good
