Overall positive experience and I would recommend this group without hesitation
My only minor issue was the lag time when nothing appeared to be happening and then I felt rushed at the end after I had held my patience for a month waiting for news.
I feel I should have been more supported considering there had been a delay on the sellers side and if I hadn't made an enquiry, I would still be waiting.
I am sure in a few months I might feel differently but at this time it still irks.

Everything was explained thoroughly and she went above and beyond to help with anything needed. If at any point, Lucy wasn’t able to respond to me herself, another member of the team did on her behalf so I was never left in the dark. I was really impressed and very thankful

I was in need of a lawyer/solicitor for a wide range of requirements-
Family Law (with all its additional emotional sensitivities)
Convayancing- for the sale of a property ( a very complicated property)
A Will - and subsequent changes/ amendments
Lasting Power of Attorney- for both health/welfare and finance
Sound professional advice on a wide variety of issues.
I found the perfect answer to my needs- Vincent Sykes in Oundle.
I didn’t want the ‘ deluxe’ coffee machine in a reception taken from a ‘posh office’ catalogue! I wanted a company with the correct priorities :-
Professional and accommodating receptionists who listen and direct you to the appropriate person swiftly.
Solicitors who respond promptly to initial and subsequent emails or telephone calls.
Face- to- Face meetings are sometimes more appropriate. I have always been offered these if appropriate and have never had to wait for any unreasonable amount of time. All communications have been exemplary- in every aspect!
I will dedicate this review to Daniel Berry, Lorna Ayres, Lucy Watts, Samantha Franklin, Joanne Green, Trina Hemmings and everyone else I have had any interaction with at Vincent Sykes.
