We've experienced excellent service from MLP's Katie Mitchell who has handled the sale and purchase of my mother in law's properties recently. Katie is thorough, professional, calm, responsive and accessible. It's been a pleasure to deal with her through these transactions and she's made what can be quite stressful transactions much less so! Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

We bought a house!
So many thanks to Katie, Amber, Leah, Elizabeth and all the rest of the team who helped us to purchase our first property. We didn't really know what we were doing and they were always helpful, professional and efficient. There were some complexities to the process (structural concerns etc) and they always actioned points and followed up with speed.

Excellent service
We have worked with Katie before on previous purchases and sales of houses, so we knew what to expect.
Katie is thorough, professional and has a fantastic work ethic. She had her eye on what needed to be done and was quick and efficient when responding to queries we had raised, but also reporting back with relevant information regarding searches and potential issues. She has a great knowledge and wealth of experience, which gives you confidence to almost sit back and let her take the reigns.
She has always been friendly and her communication has always been polite and well mannered. She was able to guide us through the purchase process as it has been considerable time since we have moved house and elements have changed.
I would have no hesitation in utilising her services again.
