We've experienced excellent service from MLP's Katie Mitchell who has handled the sale and purchase of my mother in law's properties recently. Katie is thorough, professional, calm, responsive and accessible. It's been a pleasure to deal with her through these transactions and she's made what can be quite stressful transactions much less so! Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

Fantastic service, would 100% recommend
Katie has been an absolutely wonderful solicitor for us. She’s been responsive, communicative, and the emails and reports we’ve had from her have been extremely diligent. Katie has made what would normally be a very stressful process feel quite a lot easier, we’re very grateful for all her help.

Exceptional
Katie and her team worked on my sale and purchase simultaneously. They're extremely well organised, very proactive and reactive, handling any bumps with highest level of professionalism. Communication was very clear and easy to track app helped me with understanding where we are with entire process. Honestly, I couldn't recommend enough Katie and her team, they're absolutely amazing. We bought a house!
So many thanks to Katie, Amber, Leah, Elizabeth and all the rest of the team who helped us to purchase our first property. We didn't really know what we were doing and they were always helpful, professional and efficient. There were some complexities to the process (structural concerns etc) and they always actioned points and followed up with speed.
