We bought a house!
So many thanks to Katie, Amber, Leah, Elizabeth and all the rest of the team who helped us to purchase our first property. We didn't really know what we were doing and they were always helpful, professional and efficient. There were some complexities to the process (structural concerns etc) and they always actioned points and followed up with speed.

Excellent, professional service.
Selling our property through Vincent Sykes was excellent. Initially with Leah then Katie, they both communicated extremely well from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and would 100% use them again for future property sales.

House Purchase
We had Lucy supporting us with a house purchase twice (due to the sale falling through first time). She was brilliant to work with and kept us informed throughout. She took the time to contact us if anything needed explaining and just made everything seem less stressful and a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend using Vincent Sykes. Fantastic from start to finish

Exceptional service
Moving House can be stressfull but Lucy and Leah were amazing throughout, after initial delays beyond our controll Lucy turned the sale around quickly and professionally. Both Lucy and Leah were a pleasure to talk to and explained every issue perfectly. We really can't thank them enough, very professional company and would highly recommend

Effective and honest
