Gemma was absolutely incredible with my case and moved extremely swiftly and professionally. I felt I could email her with any questions, no matter how silly they may have been and she responded promptly, even after the case. Louise was excellent in representing me and my case within the interview and before during disclosure. Methodically went through exhibits and evidence and had Clear knowledge of the offence legislation and what was to be classed as evidence and what was not. Professional and authoritative in interview when challenging the officers. Very good representation speech at the end of interview to officers with what she thought was the appropriate course of action for them to take. Would definitely recommend Louise for any one else.

Amazing Service from start to end

I have to admit, I was so confused about how to manage my situation, but from the instance I reached out to straw and Pearce and from my very first interaction with the firm it was a pure A star service.
The knowledge and skills and management was second to none, even when I frustrated about my personal situation they remained calmed and professional and handled the issues head on.
I couldn’t even begin to put into words how wonderful the team and Joanna have been.

I was held on remand for 333 days on a 10 count indictment. Possible sentence was 3 Years instead I was released from court on a 30 month community order due to expert legal advice and skill of my lawyers and law firm.

Had a great experience using Straw and Pearce to sell a property and purchase another. I have took my frend down this place for over a year trying to help get her contact with her son sorted feel no progress has happened at all last time was told to wait 15 to 20 days that was over 40 days ago now and still nothing every time it’s just fake promises and hopes have been to get bank statements 4 times now as that’s all they ever ask for yet still they do nothing every time her phone rings I see the disappointment that it’s something else and not some news or something happening watching her get through birthdays and holidays without contact slowly destroying such a fantastic person the letdowns and fake promises from you are literally destroying peoples lives
