I got legal aid to help me with my case, everyone involved at straw and pearce were very welcoming and helpfull, pramila was there for me at a difficult time in my life and always got back to me advising me what was best to do, very supportive and a calm responce.

Approachable and friendly
Pramila is approachable and will always listen to instructions without judgement. Pramila is fast and responsive when dealing with your case and things move as quick as they can. When things are tough Pramila does not take offence if you are feeling unhappy or exhausted. The whole team at the firm are always happy to help in her absence.
