Highly recommend

The first time I've actually felt that a legal firm has actually been working for me despite being paid by legal aid. There really aught to be some extra money available that can be allocated by recipients of legal aid either to their legal representative or back in to the performance related pay legal aid fund. The last time I had legal representation from legal aid I saw a different person every time and when my solicitor (on barrister maybe?) came to court he spoke to me for 5 minutes before defending me having no prior knowledge of me. He sounded like an astrologer spouting vague legalese that could apply to anyone while failing to call out opposing council's lack of evidence. At one point he asked the judge to approach me and asked me to remind him of my name. That firm clearly wouldn't have got any performance related pay - yours should.
