Efficient conveyancing for two of out properties

I previously used Straw and Pearce when buying my first home Seven years ago and knew I wanted to again when buying and selling this time.
We were put in touch with Emma who was amazing and so responsive despite working part time.
I had multiple questions and there were issues with the chain along the way , however Emma was reassuring and calm throughout the whole process ans her communication was consistent.
She made a stressful time so much easier and I cannot recommend her enough

The best service.
Emma is fantastic. If ever emailed to asked how things were going, she was always very prompt on replying. Never had to chase her up. She also sent updates as late as 6.30pm. We couldn’t ask more of a solicitor. Highly recommend her.
