Amazing Service from start to end
I have to admit, I was so confused about how to manage my situation, but from the instance I reached out to straw and Pearce and from my very first interaction with the firm it was a pure A star service.
The knowledge and skills and management was second to none, even when I frustrated about my personal situation they remained calmed and professional and handled the issues head on.
I couldn’t even begin to put into words how wonderful the team and Joanna have been.

Moving house for the first time in over 36 years
We hadn’t moved house in over 36 years and were very apprehensive about the whole buying and selling process. Joanna dealt with everything for us. She was always approachable, answered all of our questions ( no matter how daft ) and gave us reassurance when needed. We cannot thank her enough.
