The solicitor I was assigned was capable, efficient and responsive to both emails and calls. She tried to get as much information as possible for my queries. This was especially important as for several months they buyers were not forthcoming with a completion date, and at the end it all happened within 4 days.

We found Iftakhar easy to deal with and very supportive. He was always scrupulous about keeping us in the loop and making sure our concerns and questions were dealt with promptly.
His efficiency meant that we were able to complete in a good timescale and even after completion he went beyond his brief by dealing with some negative feedback from the buyers on our behalf.

We would use Amity Law again due to the regular updates, use of the DigitalMove platform which made signing documents and checking on progress really easy, and the regular communication from our appointed solicitor. Only experienced one small hiccup, but apart from that a seamless experience and Irenna was great!

Lucy, offered superb service answered all our questions on a quick timely basis. We asked for a completion the stamp duty changes and whilst Lucy could not guarantee this, she offered to do everything possible to make it happen. Well Lucy got us moved on 31st March right on the cut off having only started the selling process in January. Thank you Lucy for a stress free moving process.
