A job well done
Coral and Katie were very professional, helpful and friendly. Talked us through what became a difficult process due to our Auntie passing away just before exchange.
Once the Probate was sorted, fairly quickly with guidance, the exchange happened smoothly.

From start to finish Coral and Katie were helpful, informative and always there when we had a question or a problem.
Having everything ready to go our Aunt passed away, leaving us in limbo needing Probate. Coral talked us through the process, which made it simpler than we had been told.
All in all glad we came to them.

Our house move consisted of selling in England and buying in Scotland; one Estate Agent and two solicitors. As all we know the process can be a stress full experience.
