Absolutely superb

Give Coral a raise!
I am being serious.
But let me start at the beginning. The portal was intuitive and easy to use. And all correspondence were clear and timely. We found Coral very responsive and all directions and reasonings were clear.
She was diligent and precise with all details of the move.
Even when dealing with poor communication from the other parties, including a last minute revelation that potentially could have stalled the move. She remained professional (I know I would not have!) and completed for us on a very busy day.
Off the back of this service I have already recommended Amity to a number of friends. Coral is very good at her job and a credit to Amity.
You can give her that raise now.

Selling and Buying Property
Having used Amity on several occasions over the last 12 year to sell three homes and buying two I would absolutely recommend Amity. Always efficient on the ball and quick easy to communicate with by email. This latest transaction has been somewhat protracted for several reasons (not of Amity's doing) and Coral Armitstead has been superb keeping us informed all the way along and chasing things on our behalf. If all the other lawyers had been as efficient we would have moved a lot earlier. Thank you Coral and the team.

Refreshing approach, made buying my new home a breeze

Professional
From start to finish the experience of selling a property was made easy and straightforward. Coral Armitstead kept us informed at every stage of the process and most of the form-filling was conducted by email and she was extremely patient with two not very savvy computer users.
