A job well done
Coral and Katie were very professional, helpful and friendly. Talked us through what became a difficult process due to our Auntie passing away just before exchange.
Once the Probate was sorted, fairly quickly with guidance, the exchange happened smoothly.

Sale of relatives house
From start to finish Coral and Katie were helpful, informative and always there when we had a question or a problem.
Having everything ready to go our Aunt passed away, leaving us in limbo needing Probate. Coral talked us through the process, which made it simpler than we had been told.
All in all glad we came to them.

Give Coral a raise!
I am being serious.
But let me start at the beginning. The portal was intuitive and easy to use. And all correspondence were clear and timely. We found Coral very responsive and all directions and reasonings were clear.
She was diligent and precise with all details of the move.
Even when dealing with poor communication from the other parties, including a last minute revelation that potentially could have stalled the move. She remained professional (I know I would not have!) and completed for us on a very busy day.
Off the back of this service I have already recommended Amity to a number of friends. Coral is very good at her job and a credit to Amity.
You can give her that raise now.
