Couldn’t have done it without you!

Great service
Fazeelat was great to work with on 2 separate properties simultaneously. From first contact to completion was just a little over 56 days for both properties.
Issues that were encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently and she kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Even on the final couple of days when things were touch and go (issues with other solicitors) she kept me up to date and reassured me that we were completely ready on all aspects to meet deadlines when the time came.
I would highly recommend Fazeelat and Amity Law and hopefully I will have an opportunity to work with her again on another property in the future.

Very helpful and flexible service
Faz was extremely conscientious throughout the conveyancing process for our flat sale. There were some bumps in the road relating to the lease on the property, but Faz offered strong advice and was able to negotiate all of the challenges. She went above and beyond in the final week to meet our exchange and completion timetable requirements, despite some inefficiencies on the part of the buyer’s conveyancing team.

Sale of a property
Julia and faz were great they always responded to us almost straight away with any calls or emails. Faz a massive thank you to you in the end as this wasn’t an easy sale and certainly not straight forward but you done everything that was required and was always on the ball even out of your work hours. Taking over after Julia Khan moved on who was also very good, Fazeelat Jafri was a real pleasure to deal with.
