Great service
Fazeelat was great to work with on 2 separate properties simultaneously. From first contact to completion was just a little over 56 days for both properties.
Issues that were encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently and she kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Even on the final couple of days when things were touch and go (issues with other solicitors) she kept me up to date and reassured me that we were completely ready on all aspects to meet deadlines when the time came.
I would highly recommend Fazeelat and Amity Law and hopefully I will have an opportunity to work with her again on another property in the future.

Very helpful and flexible service
Faz was extremely conscientious throughout the conveyancing process for our flat sale. There were some bumps in the road relating to the lease on the property, but Faz offered strong advice and was able to negotiate all of the challenges. She went above and beyond in the final week to meet our exchange and completion timetable requirements, despite some inefficiencies on the part of the buyer’s conveyancing team.

Sale of a property
Julia and faz were great they always responded to us almost straight away with any calls or emails. Faz a massive thank you to you in the end as this wasn’t an easy sale and certainly not straight forward but you done everything that was required and was always on the ball even out of your work hours. Absolute Excellence
Taking over after Julia Khan moved on who was also very good, Fazeelat Jafri was a real pleasure to deal with. She was very proactive, thorough and helpful at all times, going above and beyond in our recent property sale. An adventure
Moving house for us was a traumatic experience involving stubborn sellers, heart breaks over failed property purchases and unexpected delays and costs. I honestly think it might have broken my partner and I into not moving house at all, if not for the support and backing that we had from Faz! Faz ended up being our emotional counsellor as well as financial! We will be recommending Faz (and in turn amity law) to all family and friends. Thank you!

Highly recommend Fazeelat Jafri
Fazeelat was recommended to me and I highly recommend appointing her as your Solicitor. Excellent communication, quick response to emails, very proactive in dealing with a property transfer matter on my behalf. All carried out in a timely and efficient manner..

Our experience with Faz
Faz was recommended for our sale and purchase through our estate agents. We decided to sell and buy when we was expecting our first baby. Faz was excellent from start to finish, professional and direct with her knowledge and updates. At every stage she explained what was happening and delays that we could expect and broke down each detail to our understanding. Faz is a professional, a very knowledgeable solicitor who we could not recommend enough to anyone who is buying or selling there home. We had to pull out of 2 homes to end up with our 3rd due to other sellers - nothing was too much trouble for Faz. Any opportunity she could regain lost time, she did! Thank you Faz! You really have been our consistent through the whole process and we are now moving in to our new home tomorrow with our family of 3!
