Absolutely fantastic
Jenny was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to ensure we fully understood everything. Jenny - Testimony
Jenny navigated me through a very complex and frustrating sale & purchase process! I was kept updated throughout with a perfect balance of communication. I had the trust for Jenny to act professionally in my interest without needing to be bothered with every minute detail, but she also explained some pretty complex hurdles in language that meant something to me so i felt fully inclusive in the process.
We got two properties over the line and i cannot thank Jenny enough for her tenacity, professionalism and knowledge

I'm proud to call Jenny my partner Conveyancer
To anybody reading this who may be considering to use Jenny for conveyancing, she is worth her weight in gold and more and you will be making a brilliant decision in appointing her. My review is just another to add to the collection of other amazing reviews, however mine comes from the perspective of an Estate Agent rather than a buyer/vendor client.
I work as an independent agent, so a little different to your typical high street/corporate agents. Finding quality partners, such as conveyancers, to recommend to my buyers and vendors has always been of utmost importance to me, both in ensuring transactions run as smoothly as possible for my clients and to ensure reputations are upheld in offering a bespoke and personal all-round service from start to finish. I really did get lucky in finding Jenny.
Obviously every one of my buyers and vendors have a choice in which conveyancer they appoint, however very few operate to the standard of Jenny. She is tremendously experienced and knowledgeable in her field and truly does go the extra mile to ensure my clients are delivered an exceptional service, kept well informed and nurtured with care and attention throughout.
I can’t express enough the difference I see in sales/purchases where clients appoint sub-standard conveyancers. The process is generally slow, with little to no communication, unnecessary delays are experienced and unexplained and any conversation is robotic and blunt, leaving a sour taste on the experience for all involved. Buying or selling a property can be stressful enough and poor conveyancing can really jeopardise the process. Jenny however offers a personal, efficient and passionate approach with her clients best interests at heart, helping them to feel at ease throughout the process. She truly cares about the standard she delivers which is reflected in the amazing reviews she receives and I’m always confident any clients I refer will be in great hands with her.
If Jenny could clone herself, the conveyancing world would operate at a much higher and efficient standard. I can’t express enough the importance of a quality conveyancer for a smooth process, especially for clients who may be in chains and can’t afford unnecessary delays - Jenny is your woman.
Thank you to Jenny for everything she has done for my clients and I from the start of our working relationship. She will be someone I will forever recommend to my clients for a seamless service and the day she retires will be a huge loss to the conveyancing industry!

Jenny is honesty the best person you could ever ask for when navigating the difficult situation of buying your first home.
This was our first home purchase and so we were completely naive to the situation, and quite honestly we didn't have a clue. Jenny came highly recommended from a good friend of mine and mortgage advisor and we couldn't have chose anyone better.
She's communicates regularly and clearly, helps simplify all the words and legal jargon into easy to follow advise and she's super responsive. The best thing about working with Jenny is that she's a genuinely lovely human, and speaks to you like a normal person not just like another number like other law firms.
Thank you so so much for your help Jenny! An absolute record in terms of offer to keys too I believe, something like 32 working days, madness hahaha.

Excellent service and peace of mind
Jenny has made the whole process alot less daunting than we expected! Absolutely amazing, friendly and super clear throughout. despite some issues with the property we were kept fully aware of what was happening with clear explanation and realistllic expectations :) given us great peace of mind for the future and we would definitely recommend Jenny to others and we plan to return in the future!

Outstanding service
