Highly professional

Matthew and his team acted for us in the sale of our family home. He was highly proactive and responsive and dealt with the transaction without a glitch. From the day we agreed the sale to completion was exactly six weeks, and that wouldn't have been possible without Matthew and his team.

Professional & friendly

Guy and Sarah have taken us through a couple of estates, one being particularly complex. They were professional, friendly and always happy to explain things in layman’s terms. I can’t recommend them enough.

Smooth, quick and efficient sale and purchase of houses

As expected based on our previous experience with Sue Bowman, we have received high standards of professional advice and support in selling/buying our old and new houses. A slightly unusual set of circumstances didn’t make any difference to the quality and speed of her work for us, nor did it make any difference to the strength and insistence of her advice about topics that are important legally - there’s nowhere to hide from Sue when she wants to get her message into your head, but it is always done thoughtfully and clearly. We would recommend Thomson Snell & Passmore and Sue Bowman for any house-related help you need.

Highly Recommended

We have been dealing with Charlotte Gould and found her to be extremely efficient and professional in explaining and examining in detail the complex land contract we were entering into. Due to her experience in this area she picked up on things we would never of considered, we couldn't have been more delighted.
Her communication response time was excellent, we could not fault her in any way.
We will definitely be using Thomson Snell & Passmore again in the future if all their staff are as first class as she is.

Amazing

I have used TSP LLP several times and in Particular Alastair Harvey, he is great to work with and always ensures his clients are kept up to date with the process. I recently worked with jenny Oxford as well and could only say good things about her as well. This is by far the best practice of solicitors I have ever used and will always recommend them to people I know.

Never knew solicitors this good existed!

It’s actually hard to find the right words to describe our experience with Suzanne Bowman at Thomson Snell & Passmore because the words won’t do her accurate justice; she really is that amazing.

Her knowledge base is unlike anything we’ve seen before when it comes to property law and the ‘maze’ that is attached to listed properties. Her attention to detail, commitment to push through and support us first and foremost, to ensure the very best outcome was possible, never went unnoticed.

She has an incredible level of patience for the most tricky of situations whilst maintaining unwavering professionalism throughout.

We would have been lost without her! It’s just that simple. She really is brilliant.

Kirsty Law approached me as a mediator. However, I was shocked to discover that she had been instructed by my ex-wife to send a threatening letter regarding child arrangements. She raised the issue of costs in an intimidating manner—something that is not only highly irregular but also entirely inappropriate when dealing with a litigant in person. This conduct was unprofessional and entirely contrary to the principles of fair mediation. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging this firm / her services.

We wanted to transfer ownership of a holiday house to our three children, but only had five weeks to do it if we wished to 'beat the Budget date' of 30th October. Rebecca Swain did a great job for us in bringing the project in within the deadline (with five days to spare). Professional, organised, unflustered.

Grace Baker was my solicitor who manage the conveyancing of the sale of my London flat. I had dealt with this company before but my previous contact had retired and I was allocated Grace Baker. Grace helped guide me through the sale of my flat with advice and actions superbly well. She also assisted in a lease extension for freehold and lease hold with the aid of Jenny Offord at the same time. The process was managed efficiently with guidance progressing quickly and effectively, even liaising with me when I was abroad. This experience was so professional that I would highly recommend her.

Thomson Snell & Passmore were recommended to us by our estate agent and we used their services for selling and buying. Cannot faul the service we received. Their customer service is 5 star and if other companies could take notes from them, life would be a lot easier everywhere. We would recommend Thomson Snell & Passmore and would definitely have them top of the list if we ever move house again.
