Annika joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2020, having trained with a regional firm in East Sussex where she gained over 2 years post-qualified experience advising on matters concerning children and adults with acquired brain injuries as well as elderly and vulnerable clients. Annika specialises in supporting clients with brain injuries, and their families, to live as independent lives as possible, by assisting with the management of their financial affairs. Annika Manages high value clinical negligence and personal injury damages awards on behalf of clients who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, including cerebral palsy. Annika works to build collaborative relationships with all her clients, their families and their wider multidisciplinary teams, in order to achieve outcomes which are in their best interests. Annika helps to put in place therapies, accommodation and equipment which will help improve client’s quality of life.
