Rico is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. Rico has built up considerable experience in advising clients on international and domestic commercial litigation disputes and arbitration. He has handled, and continues to handle, proceedings in the Court of Appeal, the Chancery and King’s Bench Divisions (including the Commercial Court and Business and Property Court) of the High Court, which are often complex, high value and include a multi-jurisdictional element. Rico brings a focus on trying to get a commercial solution that is quick, keeps legal costs down as much as possible whilst also providing clear and frank advice on both the strategies available to his clients, and the implications. This approach allows the focus to then be on obtaining the best available result for his clients. Rico has been described by his clients as tenacious in looking after their legal interests and delivering innovative solutions.
