Sale and Purchase of Property

The whole team at J&P have always been wonderful and I’ve always used them in sales / purchases of properties - I wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend them to everyone.
What should have been a straightforward purchase ended up being stressful and extremely time consuming (not for my purchase) but the team were ready to answer any queries from other solicitors in order not to hold up the process further, contactable and patient with all my questions!

Completion of buy and sell of residential properties

The whole team at J&P have done a fantastic job helping us with the completion of our sale and purchase of our next property. As we were also acting as landlords in our old property this added a layer of complexity and James and Kavitha both provided a great service helping us to progress issues quickly.

Excellent conveyancing service from J&P!

Judge & Priestley were recommended to me by a legal colleague. Michael Cornwall and Christina Ellis-Bouzir of the Blackheath office dealt with my sale efficiently and quickly. I could always contact them either by email or phone, and they were consistently pleasant and reassuring to deal with. Their costs were also very competitive. The best team we could ask for

This is the second time we have used Kavitha and her team, first time buyers to now, second time buyers and sellers!
We cannot fault the service we have received. Kavitha and her team are honestly amazing. Heather setting up our file, Hayley dealt with the completion so quickly and Susana sorted out the proof of funds so we could collect our new keys. We are unbelievably grateful for everything you have all done for us, not been the most straightforward purchase and sale but you guys worked your magic and always gave us the right advice and knew what to say to keep us calm! Excellent service & prompt responses

I was recommended to use Judge & Priestley by my mortgage advisor for my first property purchase. Never having gone through the process before, I wanted to make sure I had a competent and trustworthy solicitor. From the very start, Kavitha and her team walked me through the conveyancing process and what to expect. Documentation was sent over to me quickly and my queries were always responded to promptly. I ended up not having a smooth buying process due to issues down the chain, but James in particular, was extremely patient and understanding. I always felt supported in my decisions. He worked tirelessly to reassure me when needed and to make sure that things were moving forward where possible.

Really can't thank you guys enough for making the last 3 months in particular more bearable and for not showing any frustrations that you undoubtably must have felt at times.
