Fantastic and human service

Kavitha and team are exemplars in legal property conveyancing. Having had a poor experience in a prior transaction, I found Kavitha, James (our designated solicitor) and the various paralegals and staff to be a breath of fresh air. They had great expertise and experience, proactively analysing any tricky subjects, responsive to emails (never had to chase and always had a response 1-2 times working days), available for a phone call if easier to chat, and overall a human service. I think I’m a pretty reasonable customer though I do drive pace and found Kavitha and team toe to toe. Price-wise, I found them to be competitive. Not the cheapest but far from most expensive.

My only even better if is that I would have preferred a digital solution for e-sign, document management and query tracking. It was a bit paper and email based. It wouldn’t put me off from using them again however I’d have happily paid for a platform license during the transaction.

Overall a great team and have recommended to others already

Sale and purchase of properties.

The purchase of our new property was a very difficult and long drawn out process but with Kavitha Rajah and her amazing team behind us we finally managed to get there.
I cannot recommend Kavitha highly enough. We contacted her to do our conveyancing because we had the pleasure of her professionalism in the past when she had her own office in 2013 and we knew that the process would be handled extremely professionally.
Kavitha is backed up by an amazing team of people who are not only also very professional but also extremely helpful and always pleasant.
I cannot recommend Kavitha highly enough and from personal experience I can honestly say that you will not find a better person to handle your conveyancing.

Outstanding support for conveyancing

I'm writing this review, unusually, to give a bit of praise to the team who helped us through our property sale and purchase.
I picked Kavitha Rajah from the Law Society website and wanted a firm that had a physical presence locally. Both of these decisions paid off. Our costs were a little higher than originally anticipated but this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for."
Our transaction was protracted and became extremely stressful, due to delays by others in the sale and purchase chain, but Kavitha Rajah and her team were always on hand to respond and support. Indeed, she went over and above her legal responsibilities with reassuring emails even at the weekend. Her personal care and attention were very much appreciated.
II would recommend Kavitha to anyone looking for a local conveyancing solicitor.

Sale and Purchase of Property

The whole team at J&P have always been wonderful and I’ve always used them in sales / purchases of properties - I wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend them to everyone.
What should have been a straightforward purchase ended up being stressful and extremely time consuming (not for my purchase) but the team were ready to answer any queries from other solicitors in order not to hold up the process further, contactable and patient with all my questions!

Completion of buy and sell of residential properties

The whole team at J&P have done a fantastic job helping us with the completion of our sale and purchase of our next property. As we were also acting as landlords in our old property this added a layer of complexity and James and Kavitha both provided a great service helping us to progress issues quickly.
