Executor for my Aunt's Estate
This was my first time as executor of an estate and was a little bit daunted going into the process, in spite of having as much documentation, I thought relevant for the case.
Once the process started, I guided ery professionally and with absolute clarity from Russell from start to finish.
I frequently was double checking with him when sending back various documents and emails, and it was always dealt with no fuss from Russell, and he was happy to placate my many questions with no fuss at all.
All in all, it was a very good experience with the company, even though dealing with the banks on the other side of the process was often painful.
Would happily recommend Russell to anybody needing his legal expertise.
Very happy with the process while learning a thing or two at the same time. To be finished in 10 months I felt was aive very good outcome for me.

Amazing service - delivered with care and compassion
Russell Ali is the best probate solicitor- highly recommended! There was so much paperwork following the death of my husband and we just didn’t know what to do. But Russell took care of everything and we were able to focus on our family during such a difficult time. He was always easy to contact and kept us up to date, and helped us to understand the whole process of sorting out my husband’s estate. He went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Mirror Wills - Excellent Service
We needed to revise our Wills in the light of changes in the tax laws and our circumstances. We chose J & P because they were both local and seemed to have very good reviews. It was a very good choice. We used the services of Russell Ali at their Sidcup office. Our Wills involved the setting up of a Trust the details of which Russell explained to us at some length. Russell was of course very knowledgeable but also very likeable and easy to talk to. We asked lots of questions but despite it being a fixed price arrangement, at no time did we feel rushed. Within a few days we received draft Wills which were accompanied by an extremely useful side letter explaining each clause in plain English. We then raised a number of email queries which were dealt with promptly. At the end of the exercise we were very happy to sign our new Wills feeling confident we had achieved our original objectives. We would definitely use J & P, and Russell in particular, again.

Gave me peace of mind.
Outside of my mortgage I had never used a solicitor before and that correspondence was impersonal and by email only. So i was nervous about finding and using a solicitor.
I needed a solicitor to get a deed done within what I though would have been an almost impossible time constraint before Covid19.
I found WM&K after a local search, called them and asked if it was at all possible to get what i needed done during the lockdown (myself convinced it was impossible)
They immediately alleviated my nervousness about using a solicitor due to their professionalism and courtesy while talking to them. They were also candid and said it may not be possible but would get back to me.
To my joy and more importantly my family's future security they said it could be done. Their correspondence was superb throughout the whole process and the cost was under what I had expected, especially due to the speed needed to get it done. Also there were no hidden costs once receiving the bill and it matched their estimate.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using Woolsey Morris & Kennedy Solicitors again.
