Prices constantly increasing and being over charged on numerous occasions. People leaving meant I had many different solicitors. When asking for advice unless you want to go to court at a starting price of £10,000 they are really not interested in any other options. When I asked for them to check an error on their part I still waiting to hear back over 2 weeks later.

I contacted Fullers Family Law for advice and assistance in respect of Divorce and Financial matters. I found all the team to be very friendly, approachable and helpful from the beginning. The Solicitor who dealt with my matter, Anjani, went above and beyond for me. She explained everything in plain English and not legal jargon, to ensure I understood everything step by step. I was always kept up-to-date as to what was happening on my matters and if she wasn’t available she always contacted me back quickly. I cannot fault the service I received across the board and I would have no hesitation in recommending Fullers to anyone facing family difficulties

I instructed Fullers in respect of Divorce and Financial matters. Things were awful for me and I needed things explaining to me clearly so I understood the process and my options. My lawyers, in particular Carla Fishlock, explained everything to me in layman’s terms to ensure I was clear. The Lawyers were very professional, helpful and a calming influence at a very stressful time. Now things are just about concluded I feel so much happier. Everything went much smoother than I expected and that is thanks to the wonderful team at Fullers. They made me feel listened to, understood and empowered by the clear advice. I have already recommended Fullers to someone in a similar situation, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone dealing with family issues.

I paid to have a block of specific advice with a senior solicitor as I was anxious about my financial and legal position. The solicitor explained things really clearly and was very knowledgeable about my options. Everything was actioned efficiently and politely. I couldn’t fault any part of the service from start to finish. I would recommend Fullers and I would come back again if I needed further advice.

When I approached Fullers St. Albans office I was not in a good place and I was confused as to the best way forward. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease which was important in my decision to instruct Fullers to represent me. It was a very difficult time but I felt supported by my Solicitor and was kept up-to-date every step of the way. Now matters are completed I can move forward with my life.

When I instructed Fullers in respect of Divorce and Financial matters I was feeling very anxious and apprehensive. My Solicitor explained everything clearly to me and guided me throughout. I instructed Fullers for a Pay As You Go 1-hour appointment to clarify some advice I had already received elsewhere as I was feeling unsure and doubtful as to the accuracy. Everything was booked promptly and the solicitor reassured me as to my position which put my mind at rest. It was the perfect option for me to just have a one off appointment to feel less confused and I’m happy I had a second opinion.

I approached Fullers having contacted other solicitors who did not make me feel confident or that they would fight my corner, they sounded like they wanted me to accept whatever the ‘norm’ might be. I had severe anxiety and was on the verge of a breakdown with worry about possibly losing half my home and if I could afford to fight for what I needed. I then had a free consultation and I knew these were the solicitors for me. I felt confident straight away that they would fight for me, for what I wanted as the client, and that they would do their best by me, not what was just easy for them to agree to. I felt that I’d be supported and defended, which is exactly what happened. Everything was explained clearly to me and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m very happy with the outcome and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

After the breakdown of my marriage and my husband returning to Egypt, I contacted Fullers for them to represent me in divorce proceedings. It was quite difficult to communicate with my husband as he was living abroad and not responding to my emails. However, Fullers made the process fuss-free and managed to obtain a divorce on my behalf achieving the desired outcome. I can now move on with my life

My husband and I were struggling to communicate following our separation. Fullers facilitated mediation for us and our mediator was excellent! She helped us to understand what was expected of each of us in terms of our home and co-parenting our children. The first meeting was face-to-face and then lockdown ensued so we had to mediate remotely. At first, I was reluctant to meet remotely, however, the Zoom meetings were no less valuable. She helped us meet halfway in the best interests of both of us and our children and, as a result, we were able to come to an agreement. She is missed now the matter is finalised and not having her there is hard, however, communication is gradually improving between us so I am hopeful.

I recently have used Fullers law for some urgent advice and had done so last year too. Helped me make some big decisions. The lawyer this time was really good, Kerry Read. Very clever but made things simple. All the people I have dealt with are very helpful and help take the stress out of horrible situations. Amy Chesterfield - Fullers Family Law - Outstanding Service - Highly recommended.
Amy worked tirelessly on my complex divorce case which involved my adopted son and adult disabled step daughter.
From the outset, guiding me through the minefield of paperwork in family court, allowing me to secure a shared lives with order for my son, through to dealing with my extraordinarily complex financial matters which included the division of a Police pension, Amy delivered clear calm advice and strategy.
The result and outcomes were beyond my expectations. This has allowed me to move forward with my life and once again find happiness and look forward to the future.
I cannot recommend Amy's council and experience more, an absolute credit to the family law profession.
