We have once again received an excellent service from the conveyancing team at Larcomes. Everything went smoothly and there was always someone available if we needed to speak to them.

I just wanted to send a short message to let you know how pleased I was with the service received from Rosie Morris and her team (Oliver Pescott and Hazel Jenkinson) both in the sale of my house in Guildford and the purchase of one in Dorchester.

The purchase was a bit tricky as my mortgage offer was due to expire (and the lender refused to extend it), but Rosie ensured it happened even though she was supposed to be on leave when we finally completed.

The team has been efficient, friendly and professional throughout the whole process and I have already recommended Larcomes to a couple of people on the back of my experience.

Emily was recommended to me by my estate agent and at the beginning of the process there was just the usual contact my email and letter with all the paperwork for my house sale and purchase, this was all done very quickly and efficiently and we had everything in place for an expected completion time of around 12 weeks.

Everything went along as expected until nearing the end of the transactions when it became apparent another solicitor in the chain had fallen behind and was not expecting to be ready for the exchange/completion date but Emily kept me up to date with the situation at all times.

Once this had been resolved and exchange/completion dates were set there was another issue with the same solicitor, Emily took it upon herself to organise all the solicitors within the chain. The exchange and completion ended up going through on the same day and we are now in our lovely new home which I am sure would not off been the case without Emily’s intervention. I could not recommend Emily highly enough, all the way through the transaction she was contactable, offered me sound advice and was always very professional.
