The purchase was a bit tricky as my mortgage offer was due to expire (and the lender refused to extend it), but Rosie ensured it happened even though she was supposed to be on leave when we finally completed.

My solicitors changed a couple of months into my sale however Oliver picked up the case and completed for me. Comms were clear - wish the buyers solicitors would have been more proactive to speed things up.

This is our second time using Larcomes and we were so lucky to have Emily acting for us.
Unlike other people we were dealing with in the chain Emily always knew what was going on.
Emily would always get back to us or be one step ahead of everyone else making the process less frustrating.

She was particularly vigilant when going over the necessary paperwork and noticed things that others didn't which could of had huge cost implications.
