First Class Service

Rosie did the legal transaction for my Change of Title on my house. As with my previous experience with Rosie, in connection with conveyancing, she was outstanding. Kept me totally up to date, very easy to deal with & a pleasure to have as my legal advisor.

I just wanted to send a short message to let you know how pleased I was with the service received from Rosie Morris and her team (Oliver Pescott and Hazel Jenkinson) both in the sale of my house in Guildford and the purchase of one in Dorchester.

The purchase was a bit tricky as my mortgage offer was due to expire (and the lender refused to extend it), but Rosie ensured it happened even though she was supposed to be on leave when we finally completed.

The team has been efficient, friendly and professional throughout the whole process and I have already recommended Larcomes to a couple of people on the back of my experience.

I just wanted to personally thank you for everything you did throughout the entire sale. I honestly think the sale wouldn't have happened without you working unstintingly to achieve a successful result, whilst also making sure that I was protected against litigation. As I said, I felt like you were holding my hand throughout the process: you were so kind and had so much empathy. My mother sadly died on 12th September, and I am glad that at least now I don't have to worry about the prospect of applying for probate to complete the sale of her house.

So happy I picked larcomes to sell my property. Very professional and very honest all the way through. Always knew what point my sale was at and was always there when I needed to ask questions (first time seller) took alot of stress away from me.

Michelle was incredible all the way through and so was Rosie and Oliver when they assisted.
