I just wanted to personally thank you for everything you did throughout the entire sale. I honestly think the sale wouldn't have happened without you working unstintingly to achieve a successful result, whilst also making sure that I was protected against litigation. As I said, I felt like you were holding my hand throughout the process: you were so kind and had so much empathy. My mother sadly died on 12th September, and I am glad that at least now I don't have to worry about the prospect of applying for probate to complete the sale of her house.
