Great solicitors and would highly recommend
Had a very good experience with the solicitors and would highly recommend.
Were protective with comms and asking good questions of the buyers.
Pushed the same through quickly and were much better than solicitors i had previously used.
Emily in particular went above and beyond and took good care of my account.

Exceptional Service! Exceptional Service!
This is our second time using Larcomes and we were so lucky to have Emily acting for us.
Unlike other people we were dealing with in the chain Emily always knew what was going on.
Emily would always get back to us or be one step ahead of everyone else making the process less frustrating.
She was particularly vigilant when going over the necessary paperwork and noticed things that others didn't which could of had huge cost implications. Emily is very experienced, asking the right questions and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We even changed our property half way through due to property issues. I am so glad we took out the insurance and discussed everything properly with Emily.
If you want the job done efficiently and professionally we would recommend that Emily acts on your behalf. Mr and Mrs Knight

House Sale & Purchase
Emily was recommended to me by my estate agent and at the beginning of the process there was just the usual contact my email and letter with all the paperwork for my house sale and purchase, this was all done very quickly and efficiently and we had everything in place for an expected completion time of around 12 weeks.
Everything went along as expected until nearing the end of the transactions when it became apparent another solicitor in the chain had fallen behind and was not expecting to be ready for the exchange/completion date but Emily kept me up to date with the situation at all times.
Once this had been resolved and exchange/completion dates were set there was another issue with the same solicitor, Emily took it upon herself to organise all the solicitors within the chain. The exchange and completion ended up going through on the same day and we are now in our lovely new home which I am sure would not off been the case without Emily’s intervention. I could not recommend Emily highly enough, all the way through the transaction she was contactable, offered me sound advice and was always very professional.

Excellent Service
We had a great experience during both the sale and purchase of our homes. Emily communicated well, was incredibly organised and helped talk us through anything we didn’t understand. I would highly recommend Emily and Larcomes Legal Limited and will definitely be using Emily’s services in the future!

Brilliant solicitors
Emily has been brilliant, always updated us when she had new information, replied to every email with clear advice and course of action. Very pleased with the service, even when we had to pop in we were greeted by friendly staff.
