House sale and purchase
Emily is the most professional solicitor I have ever delt with. She did a fantastic job working with some incredibly difficult solicitors and estate agents and saw the sale through to the end. The rest of the team at the firm were fantastic when Emily was not free and all knew what was going on and we're able to help out and progress things.

Sale of late father’s house
Ms Merrett was recommended for the conveyancing of our late father’s house by our Estate Agent Marc Nesbitt. We took Marc’s advice as we were already very happy with the service received from Marc so trusted his recommendation.
Emily was responsive, professional and pro-active during all stages of the conveyancing. We didn’t have to chase for updates, she made sure we were all in kept informed. We were very happy with the service received from Emily.

Successful Flat Purchase
Emily has been a pleasure to work with in the purchase of my sister's assisted living home.
