House Sell and Buy Process
I cannot praise Carla Lewis and her team enough - They have made this process so easy for us no fuss at all ! Sold and moved in 13 weeks We have been kept in touch all they way and nothing is too much trouble even when I asked to quickly catch up to give over paperwork and clarify some points. Top service as always and I have been a Client for years- Keep it up 👍 as we have friends who have also used your services and have the same opinions. 😀

Amazing 😊

Would always recommend Larcomes!
I’ve used Larcomes for both the sale and purchase of a house having been referred to them by a friend. In both cases Carla worked on my files and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever need a solicitor again! Excellent service
We were first time buyers looking for a local solicitor to act for our concessionary purchase. Carla and Faye were both there to answer any queries that we had big or small. And everything was explained in a way that we could understand. We managed to complete on our purchase in just over 4 weeks. Will highly recommend Carla and her team.

Conveyancing
Carla Lewis has provided an excellent service, pre-empting many of my queries and coming up with some I hadn't even thought about, but nevertheless very significant. I would recommend her services to anyone. A 1000 fold improvement compared to the service I had with Medway-Law recently.

Professional Efficiency
Carla Lewis is a calm efficient solicitor, her advice and clear explanation of information meant that I never had reason to be concerned as her work is to a really high standard. Matters of property detail and conveyancing were all accurately reviewed. Her turn around upon receipt of questions and responses meant time was never wasted. I never had to chase for any update, she was very efficient. What an asset for the firm.
