Having had many unfortunate incidents when moving home over the years, I will now never use another solicitor.
No chasing required, always accurate and available and, most importantly, honest.
During this sale they managed to dig everyone in the chain out of a situation caused by our buyers solicitor - which meant, with zero notice, we had to exchange and complete within 3 hours. They managed this without issue and saved us all from potentially very costly error.
