A Very Involved Sale!
For a number of reasons we had a very involved sale involving many twists and turns. Susanna at Kenny Solicitors was totally amazing, as she has been for our other sales. My nature is to be fully involved and try to keep 'ahead of the game' (a regular busybody!). This time it involved tens of emails backwards and forwards. Nothing was ever too much for Susanna and what's more she promoted a calm assurance when dealing with our complicated sale.
I have used many conveyancing solicitors in the past, but never as efficient, professional and caring as our experience with Susanna at Kenny Solicitors.
Next time we sell we will be straight back!

Fantastic experience

Exceptional service
I used Kenny’s when my dad passed away to deal with probate and house sale
From start to finish both processes were dealt with professionally and quickly with emails always keeping me updated.
Friendly approachable staff who answered any questions I had promptly and were always on hand to help

Best solicitor I have ever used
This company has really lovely professional and friendly staff. I have used Susanna and her team before and again recently, I cannot say how good they are, always available to answer questions and worries and so efficient. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kenny’s to anyone.

Excellent service
Thank you Susanna and Michelle for all your efficient work in the purchase of my property (and seperately the sale earlier this year). You were so clear and responsive throughout and took any stress away from the process.
