Great job on the sale of my house!
Thank-you to Simone & Lisa for the conveyancing work on the recent sale of my house (Nov 2024). I appreciated your help and advice and timely responses to get exchange and completion done under the tight timescales requested by the buyer. Would definitely use Kenny Solicitors again.

Trouble free start to finish
You don't sell a house very often, so having someone to guide you through it is important. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth and I was kept informed every step. I would definitely recommend this company especially Simone and Nicola who dealt with me.

Simply the best

Conveyancing Superb
Sold and bought properties in 8 weeks, everyone was skeptical that it could be done! However, with Simone and Nicola on board, the experience was flawless. buying a new buy-to-let
i had this solicitors recommended to me, and i'm so glad that i went with them.
The purchase of this buy-to-let was far from straight forward but between the 2 solicitors and assistance's that was needed to deal with this case they all where so easy to contact and communicate with, i would highly recommend this solicitors.

Exceptional service
Thank you Simone for all your help in the purchase of my daughters first property.
Simone and her team were so efficient, always very prompt replying to our e mails and phone calls and generally exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Excellent - thorough, diligent, timely & excellent communication.
