Exceptional service
Thank you Simone for all your help in the purchase of my daughters first property.
Simone and her team were so efficient, always very prompt replying to our e mails and phone calls and generally exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Excellent - thorough, diligent, timely & excellent communication.
Simone and Lisa managed our sale extremely efficiently. We now live in Wales and this was not a problem at all- everything was managed remotely. Simone is very knowledgeable and straightforward. Buying and selling

Amazing Experience and would highly recommend
I wish I could give more stars. We worked with Simone and Lisa on the sale of our flat, and it ended up being a really difficult sale due to our buyers solicitor being completely inc*mpetent. Simone and Lisa worked tirelessly, relentlessly to get the deal through. Not only that, but they'd call us to see how we were and keep our spirits up. They were so caring, so kind and patient. I will honestly never forget and be forever grateful to them for their hard work and dedication to getting our sale through.

Supportive and approachable

Purchase of property in Devon
Simone and her team were fantastic throughout the whole purchasing process. Excellent communication, very willing to explain issues and provided very clear and sound advice. Simone picked up a number of issues not noticed by the seller's solicitor and ensured they were successfully resolved. This is the second time we have used Kenny Solicitors and on both occasions the service has been first class.
