John Owen’s carried me through a very difficult, challenging and protracted period of an acrimonious divorce. His support, tenacity, knowledge and Legal expertise were unwavering and at times I believe above and beyond.

This resulted in a great outcome.

I highly recommend John Owens as a Solicitor. He is very thorough, methodical and THE BEST.

Due to my faith in MSB Solicitors I have undertaken to use other services that are provided by the firm. My finding are that they very professional in their dealings with a client, and matters are dealt with seamlessly.

Great at first however it slowly went down hill, I was told I had nothing to worry about yet the final hearing I was ignored. Then when I asked to appeal I was told no unless I appealed it myself or asked to vary the order which then my case was closed without my consent.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My buyer was using this solicitor for the purchase of my flat and MSB were awful at communicating with my solicitor. They ignored my solicitor for days, if not weeks on end. Getting any kind of answer from them was near impossible and because of this the whole conveyancing process was really drawn out. It should have been a simple transaction with a very small chain, but ended up taking 4 months to complete.
