I did not have a good experience working with Natalie Shriane(working under Carol Sullivan). The only thing they were prompt about is getting the payment. I started my process on May 1st week. It ended just recently on July 26th with multiple pushes from my end and escalation to the point of contact who referred this ET Law firm. All the time they state that either the assistants are OOO or the conveyancing executive is OOO. Each query I raised took 3 weeks to get a response(without considering the delay from seller side). This 3 weeks is just their time window(just for forwarding the mail). I was literally shocked to know that they take a mail confirmation from the seller's solicitor side without asking for actual proof in certain matters. They dont forward all the documents unless specifically asked to. They dont respond for any mails and will assure to give a call back which you will never receive. I almost lost the sale as my sellers were agitated by the delay and I had to ask sorry for the only mistake of choosing them out of good will.

I was recommended to ET Law by my mortgage advisor who was very good. So I went with his suggestion but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with ET law. Ofcourse a law firm can have multiple practitioners which is why I am exactly stating the conveyancing executive I was involved with! They were terribly slow- Literally every query I raise today will reach sellers by the end of next week and the response from them will reach a week after. Due to this awesome reply time span, my process took >8 weeks which I guess would have been more if I have not escalated the slowness to my advisor MULTIPLE TIMES. They say they will call you once they review the file which seldom happens. She is awful so is her assistant- Natalie Nugent, Charley Robson(slightly better in courtesy). So just run away if you hear these names in your email.

Not exactly helpful or driven in assisting with chasing to get a decision or response. No forthcoming updates had to constantly call and email with lack of responses. When I was asking for updates I was met with we are just waiting. Not the response you want in frustrating & stressful situation.

I've been through the conveyancing process a number of times over the last 20+ years. I always think its a dark art and in most cases a black hole. I was recommended to speak with David from ET Law by my estate agent. From the very first conversation I was impressed with David and how efficient he was. Throughout the whole process he kept me up to date, every email was responded to same day, when things were slightly more tricky he always called me, and when things got really tricky towards completion he was a savior in making sure the rest of the chain were completing their tasks. I would absolutely recommend ET Law and David in particular and I wouldn't hesitate to contact again when its time to go through the remortgage process.

The solicitor assigned was not at all helpful. Simple things ended up many months and had to shift to temporary accommodation and became homeless eventually as the legal completion took very long time.
May silly mistakes were made and lacked attention to details which led to massive delay.
Please be careful.

We're very glad to have had Adolfo as our solicitor. Absolutely helpful, loyal and clear during the whole process. Everything happened as he said it will be and we felt the quietness that there wont be problems on the way.
