I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Daniel & Baker Solicitors Oldham, specifically Mr. Shujat, who handled my case.
Before paying the agreed-upon fee of £1200, Mr. Shujat outlined the scope of work in our initial meeting.
However, after payment, he became unresponsive. He had around 25 days to prepair the case but he did not contacted me once i have to call his office and only one responce he is in court ll call you back which he never did.
On the last day someonce called on his behalaf some receptionist to get some details.
So at the end he did appealed but without my knowledge i do not even know wht appeal he did and to be honest on last day i did not letft with anyother option.
He never provide me invoice of the work.
And when the respose came which i know anyway its been rejected and he did not even let me know until 2 weeks passed and then he said me his fees for the case in the reign of £30,000-35,000 ..... for a case whose fine is 28,000 I mean are common....
now my case is in good hands nearly all sorted with the beriester and altogether its cost around £6k becuase of his mistakes otherwise it been sorted under 5k so you guys can imaging what rip off this guy is.
I am also going to report this guy to the relevent department
SO GUYS AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DEFINETLY MR SHUJAT or you ll be in big regret beleive me.
