Hands-down, the most polite and patient people I've ever had the pleasure of working with;.
Aziz Rahman was my solicitor assisted by Hannah Wilde (trainee solicitor) who was my first point of contact. Hannah explained everything clearly, was constantly polite and courteous, and never hesitated to clarify or answer any (what felt like) silly or inane questions. The best part of buying my house was Daniel & Baker.

I would highly recommend Daniel & Baker Solicitors to anyone looking to buy/sell properties or fighting a litigation case as I've had an excellent experience for both.
On past occasions I have purchased properties with the help of Mr Azizur Rahman who made the transaction process very smooth for us every time.
My recent experience of a complex commercial litigation case was dealt by Mr Shujaat Ali who not only won the case for me but continued to support me for over 18 months in retrieving my money from a very challenging defendant.
I have had a positive experience from both the solicitors of Daniel & Baker and their staff members including Mr Ali's assistant who has been absolutely amazing with her prompt responses of my emails.

Daniel and Baker represented me for a complex family matter which was becoming potentially very difficult and drawn out. They were great throughout the process especially Shujaat and his team who often went above and beyond what I could of expected working around me often later than there advertised hours providing me a host of expert witnesses and approaching the case with intelligent and analytical thinking that helped overcome the challenges we faced. The case is now resolved in my favour thanks to Daniel and Baker cannot reccomend them highly enough to anyone needing a solicitor for family law representation. They were great and helped me through an otherwise difficult time if it hadnt been for the firm I think the process would have resulted not as well or as quickly as it did.

I can thoroughly recommend Aziz my Solicitor, at Daniel & Baker Solicitors who dealt with my property purchase and completed in less than 60 days!
The price I was quoted was the price I paid with no hidden costs.
I live over 130 miles away from Oldham but did not need to ever call in to the office because everything was done via email and post. Aziz, was always at the end of the phone to deal with any questions I had and unlike other solicitors I was able to contact him on his direct line.
If you are after a first class service with direct access to your solicitor at a reasonable cost I thoroughly recommend Daniel & Baker Solicitors Ltd

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Daniel & Baker Solicitors Oldham, specifically Mr. Shujat, who handled my case.
Before paying the agreed-upon fee of £1200, Mr. Shujat outlined the scope of work in our initial meeting.
However, after payment, he became unresponsive. He had around 25 days to prepair the case but he did not contacted me once i have to call his office and only one responce he is in court ll call you back which he never did.
On the last day someonce called on his behalaf some receptionist to get some details.
So at the end he did appealed but without my knowledge i do not even know wht appeal he did and to be honest on last day i did not letft with anyother option.
He never provide me invoice of the work.
And when the respose came which i know anyway its been rejected and he did not even let me know until 2 weeks passed and then he said me his fees for the case in the reign of £30,000-35,000 ..... for a case whose fine is 28,000 I mean are common....
now my case is in good hands nearly all sorted with the beriester and altogether its cost around £6k becuase of his mistakes otherwise it been sorted under 5k so you guys can imaging what rip off this guy is.
I am also going to report this guy to the relevent department
SO GUYS AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DEFINETLY MR SHUJAT or you ll be in big regret beleive me.
