I would highly recommend Daniel & Baker Solicitors to anyone looking to buy/sell properties or fighting a litigation case as I've had an excellent experience for both.
On past occasions I have purchased properties with the help of Mr Azizur Rahman who made the transaction process very smooth for us every time.
My recent experience of a complex commercial litigation case was dealt by Mr Shujaat Ali who not only won the case for me but continued to support me for over 18 months in retrieving my money from a very challenging defendant.
I have had a positive experience from both the solicitors of Daniel & Baker and their staff members including Mr Ali's assistant who has been absolutely amazing with her prompt responses of my emails.

Daniel and Baker represented me for a complex family matter which was becoming potentially very difficult and drawn out. They were great throughout the process especially Shujaat and his team who often went above and beyond what I could of expected working around me often later than there advertised hours providing me a host of expert witnesses and approaching the case with intelligent and analytical thinking that helped overcome the challenges we faced. The case is now resolved in my favour thanks to Daniel and Baker cannot reccomend them highly enough to anyone needing a solicitor for family law representation. They were great and helped me through an otherwise difficult time if it hadnt been for the firm I think the process would have resulted not as well or as quickly as it did.

I can thoroughly recommend Aziz my Solicitor, at Daniel & Baker Solicitors who dealt with my property purchase and completed in less than 60 days!
The price I was quoted was the price I paid with no hidden costs.

I live over 130 miles away from Oldham but did not need to ever call in to the office because everything was done via email and post. Aziz, was always at the end of the phone to deal with any questions I had and unlike other solicitors I was able to contact him on his direct line.
If you are after a first class service with direct access to your solicitor at a reasonable cost I thoroughly recommend Daniel & Baker Solicitors Ltd

Terrible rung them numerous times. First time I was told the solicitor was in court but would ring me back that day, but no1 did they also had me send over the legal papers. I rung again & resent the papers through they're what's app which have clearly been seen. Still no call then last week on way shop I get a call from their number I thought FINALLY.. , but no the guy proceeded to ask if I was someone else. I said that's not me but I've been waiting to hear off you for luke 3 weeks. He read out a address, I said no that's not me. He just said sorry for confusion someone will be in touch. Another week later & I have never been contacted

We take all comments very seriously. You made an initial inquiry; we requested that you forward the paperwork. Which you did via WhatsApp. The paperwork had many handwritten comments, which took us some time to go through. We called you once we reviewed the paperwork. You informed us that you are busy and that you will contact us tomorrow. We did not hear from you, and we then called you again. You must appreciate that we receive a lot of housing enquiries, and we endeavour to return all calls made. Please note that we will not be formally instructed until the relevant funding is in place.

Mr Ali and his associates are the best in their field . They have extensive experience and knowledge of home buying, selling and renting. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. I have not met any solicitor who knows his job as well as Mr Ali . I am so glad that I found them .
