The solicitor assigned was not at all helpful. Simple things ended up many months and had to shift to temporary accommodation and became homeless eventually as the legal completion took very long time.
May silly mistakes were made and lacked attention to details which led to massive delay.
Please be careful.

I have 20 years experience of buying and selling property and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. It seemed like problems, hurdles and delays were manufactured at will. Creating requirements and holding up all parties. A real bottleneck.
Huge mistake using this solicitor.

We were allocated this law firm through our estate agents, thinking it would be an easier option. The communication is appalling, they rarely respond to an email or phone call. Our solicitor was rude, unhelpful and made what should have been an easy job an absolute nightmare. We had first time buyers, we were cash buyers and our purchase was vacant possession. Should've been straightforward, but they dragged it out until we were almost demented! Avoid them at all costs to keep your sanity.
