This review is for a different branch.
Alison law isn’t a scam like you will read on some other reviews. They are a genuine legal office…they just hate having to do any actual legal work is the problem.
I decided to pay for Alison laws services because I wanted to apply for a spouse visa. In the end we had to apply twice, and the whole process took about 3 months more than it needed to, just because Alison law is so bad in communication and actually keeping their promises.
For the first application things were relatively smooth. They were already very bad at communicating. But things were progressing, in may 2024 we finally placed our first visa application. Only to find out 3 months later that due to negligence on the side of Alison law the application had been rejected.
We decided to opt for another application, this time Alison would actually look at the attachments before blindly uploading them.
This time things really derailed on Alison’s side. I had to contact them weekly, because every single week they would miss their deadline. In the space of 2 months, they have failed to keep their promise or meet a deadline an impressive 21 times. And 21 times I can to chase them to actually do the work they are being payed to do. If you don’t chase them you categorically won’t hear from them. They just don’t care.
After one of their immigration officers (Nadeem) failed to meet his promise 6 times in 1 week time, and used his secretary to take all the fall for it, I decided to file a complaint with the legal ombudsman for negligence and fraud.
Alison law doesn’t care about helping you. They will be really eager to lure you in and take your payment, but the second they have your money they will drop you like a brick. They care about collecting money, and that’s it. Don’t waste your time and money here, knows I did.
