Sale of 75 Quentin Road London

The sale of a house is usually a stressful and nerve-wracking process. Deborah Taite at Grant Saw was especially helpful and supremely efficient in dealing with the conveyance of our property. She and her team were a delight and made the whole undertaking pretty painless. I cannot praise them too highly.

Exceptional Service from Michelle

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle on the conveyancing for my apartment purchase, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the outset, she was incredibly diligent, ensuring every detail was carefully reviewed and that I was fully informed at each stage of the process.

What truly stood out was her patience and empathy. It was a very stressful process, but she made sure I never felt rushed and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small they seemed, and her calm approach really helped to put me at ease.

Her professionalism combined with her personal touch made all the difference. I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process, and I’m extremely grateful for her expertise and guidance.

Excellent service

Trisha Djemal was the lawyer who dealt with the recent sale of our property in Blackheath (2 bed flat), ably assisted by Claire Buffrey.

Trisha was very efficient and diligent in collating all of the many pieces of relevant information needed to complete the sale in a timely manner, ensuring that we were ahead of the game at every stage of the process, and that the whole thing ran very smoothly throughout. In fact the only hold-up was on the part of the buyer and their conveyancing agent.

This was a probate sale on behalf of myself and my 2 siblings, and I know that they would whole heartedly concur that we have been extremely impressed with all of the assistance provided by Trisha and Claire in bringing this sale to a quick and successful conclusion, and making our experience with Grant Saw stress free.

I cannot rate Tyrone Grant and his team highly enough, who dealt with a lease extension which hadn't been registered appropriately by a now liquidated company with Land Registry. Tyrone explained the process and was upfront about the likely costs straight up. The communication was great throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending Tyrone to anyone else who also requires a lease extension on their property. You'll be in safe hands!

Maria Lati has been dealing with my complicated house purchase (probate, freehold and leasehold) and her advice and knowledge were first class and professional - and very pleasant and approachable at the same time. Highly recommended if you need that extra and timely support!

As a First-time buyers, we were blessed to have Michelle Pinnington as our solicitor. Michelle is very knowledgeable, supportive and very efficient. Michelle was always very quick with providing us with detailed information and potential risks involved or answering the question - weekends, Bank holidays, and evenings - I knew I always have Michelle's back and best advice. I'm very happy I decided to use Michelle's service following my friend's advice. With such great attention to detail and the highest level of support, I had confidence even though we had some obstacles before finally the deal was completed. This Monday we've got the keys to our first home and we are super happy about that.
I will recommend Michelle to all my friends.
The service provided was of the highest quality, and the price was very reasonable and in line with the estimated quote provided at the very beginning.
Thank you so much!
Kindest Regards,
Oleg and Mila
